Dr. Brittany Gamble is excited to join Countryside and be in her home land of Connecticut once again. As an avid traveler she first moved from Connecticut to Pennsylvania for her Bachelor's degree at Penn State University. After a few years home she began her international travels with a move to the beautiful island of Grenada. Dr. Gamble began her veterinary studies at St. George's University which were completed in 2018 after a year of clinical studies at Virginia Tech. Dr. Marotta, MDVM of Countryside, and Dr. Gamble actually had several educational rotations together while they both studied at Virginia Tech. Dr. Gamble's travels would next take her back to the familiar Pennsylvania for a couple years to begin her veterinary career before her path moved west. Most recently she lived in San Antonio, TX practicing small animal medicine with a heavy focus on dentistry. Though she loved her job in Texas, her home was calling her to return. Dr. Gamble rented an RV and drove 2,900 miles with her two dogs (a Labrador mix and Chihuahua mix) and six cats in October of 2023 to join us at Countryside.
Travel is a key aspect of her life and Dr. Gamble has visited 39 of the 50 United States. When staying put though she also enjoys hiking, movies, reading, and is looking to get back into horseback riding. Her veterinary interests include small animal dentistry and oral surgery, dermatology, and nutrition. Dr. Gamble is excited to be back home again and join the Countryside family.
